Inspector Nick Hensley diagnosed the leak at the clients home and Foreman Juan Pantojas and Co-Foreman Scott Booth installed the needed repairs. Now the homeowner can use their basement as they did before.
The client was experiencing wet basement walls and a leaks on the basement floor. The complication was that the home has radiant heat and a register was right in the area of concern. The legs of the radiator were rusting out due to the basement water leaking so something had to be done. After research, the client called Keystone because, in their words, they are “the highest rated and most trusted company” in our area.
Keystone used WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall System to permanently protect the home from water while keeping the unit in place. The client was extremely satisfied.
In addition to interior work, we corrected the broken downspout leader lines with new PVC ones.
