This discharge line outlet is designed to blend in with your lawn and landscaping. Its recessed installation eliminates a tripping hazard in your lawn to for added peace of mind.

To seal this customers leaky basement wall, we permanently installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System. This will prevent water from leaking through the basement wall and into the space but allowing the water to drain down the back side of the barrier and into the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System.

Before tackling this New Brighton homeowner's dilemma, their basement was a worrisome sight, with water seeping through the walls, causing damage to both the wall itself and the carpet below. The IceGuard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. Even if the pipe outlet is buried under a foot of ice and snow, the water can escape, allowing the sump pump to keep the homeowners basement dry!
