A leaky basement wall caused high humidity and water damage to this customer's finished basement. Water was prevented from entering the basement in the future through the installation of an interior perimeter drainage system, a high-quality sump pump, CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls, and a dehumidification system. 

The LawnScape Discharge Line Outlet is a grated outlet system that attaches to the end of your sump pump's discharge line. This discharge line outlet is designed to blend in with your lawn and landscaping. Its recessed installation eliminates a tripping hazard in your lawn to for added peace of mind.

To seal this customers leaky basement wall, we permanently installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System. This will prevent water from leaking through the basement wall and into the space but allowing the water to drain down the back side of the barrier and into the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System.
