Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

The walls were secured using EverBrace and received a warranty against future damage or movement.

The wall was sinking due to a neglected broken downspout. Piers were used to secure the foundation.

The home had a major wall issue and was deflecting inward to a significant degree. Steel buttresses were used to permanently stop the movement. 

It is never good to have a bowed or collapsing basement foundation wall, but it is even worse when the basement is finished.  Some contractors who are not experts in foundation repair require the entire finished wall to be removed in order to repair it, but an expert firm like Keystone Basement Systems, Inc may be able to make more precise cuts to reinforce the wall while keeping a good portion of the finished wall in tact.  This way, the restoration cost is far less than if the wall had been removed completely. 

CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcement System is a thin as two dimes and provide strength 14-times stronger than steel in tension.  In the pictures you can see we made vertical cuts and installed the straps so that the wall can easily be repaired and painted.  Moreover, we have crack monitors so we can keep an eye on smaller cracks so to catch a problem in it’s early stages.
