Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This crawl space was once a dirty, neglected area that the homeowners avoided at all costs. But they knew they needed a permanent solution to protect their home’s foundation. We installed four SmartJack Support Posts with concrete footers to level and permanently stabilize this customer's sagging floor. (1 of the 4 posts is not in the photo).

The owner required a deficient structural post to be updated with a SmartJack System post.  Ken did a great job with this installation.

The dirt crawlspace was excavated and a foundation built. The room was turned into functional storage.
