He was extremely thorough in explaining the different options for our project, and provided variable pricing for those options.He followed up with our local Borough for the required permit, and kept me informed every step of the way leading up to our installation date. Additionally, he touched base with the installation crew on the day of to ensure things were going smoothly. Much appreciated! I cannot say enough great things about Chris Bailey as a person of service, as he genuinely cares about people, and left a lasting impression on me!Our installation crew of Rich, Dee, and Gavin were outstanding! All three of them are hardworking, and fun to be around. A supervisor stopped by during our drain installation for quality assurance, and I assured him the crew was doing a great job.   I wanna give a HUGE shoutout to the crew Rich, CJ, and Luc! GIVE THESE GUYS A RAISE! They work super hard, fast, and are professional! Very clear communication and showed up on time. Also incredibly friendly, informative, and were more than happy to answer any questions I had during the installation of the WaterGuard, TripleSafe sump pump, and dehumidifier. It was a big project and I was thoroughly impressed that they knocked it out in just two days. On top of that, they left my basement cleaner than it was before. These guys really know their stuff and I can’t say enough good things about them. Keystone Basements is lucky to have these guys!I also want to give a shoutout to the initial inspector Cam! I really appreciated that he didn’t come by to give me a sales pitch and pressure me into anything. He was just straight up about it. Basically said “hey, this is what your problem is, this is what we’d do to fix it. It’s your call.” He’s very knowledgeable and sat me down to go over the exact work to be done. I went the financing route, and he made everything simple and easy. Also gave me his phone number and responded almost immediately whenever I’d have questions leading up to the install.If you’re curious about having your basement waterproofed, it literally cost you nothing to have them come by and check it out and give you a quote. This has given me much peace of mind, and am really happy with the work!

On Saturday I realized I had a problem with water coming into the basement and on Sunday, Cody came out and assessed the problem. He knew exactly how to tackle this and I immediately trusted his judgment. Fortunately, Keystone Basement was able to get me in the same week. Gavin and Jullian came and did the work flawlessly. Despite the overwhelming heat from the summer, they got the job done within a few hours. Gavin gave me a complete rundown on the work they were doing and I felt comfortable with them inside my house.

Michelle called in raving about Jayden; she was at her son's house during his inspection. She said that Jayden was pleasant, informative, and fantastic. He spent 3 hours explaining our system to them without being pushy. Michelle said we struck a goldmine with Jayden, and wanted us to know!

The Devon Anderson came to our house and explained what he would be checking and took the time to show us step by step, the reasons for dampness in our basement. We felt comfortable with him educating us on our next steps on fix the issue.
