I have never written a review of a product or service in my life but for the first time I was moved to recognize the professionalism, knowledge, and kindness of Dominic of Keystone Basement Systems. I had called Keystone Basement Systems to take a look at an area of our main floor that was dipping. Dom came out the very next day and quickly assessed the issue - which he was able to fix on the spot for me. As someone who is uneducated in this realm of work, I did not realize that the support beams that my house needed were already there, but over time had loosened enough to where they no longer were supporting the house beam in the area of our dipping. Dom quickly identified that and told me that he could fix it for me on the spot. I did not have the tool that he needed to tighten the bolts that needed tightened, so he went to the hardware store for me, bought the tool, came back, fixed it, and even told me to keep the tool and showed me what I needed to do if and when they loosen again. In a world where it always feels that someone is trying to sell/push something on you, it was refreshing to work with a genuine, honest person that was able to fix our problem. I cannot recommend Dom enough and hope that Keystone recognizes him for this.

I wish I would have done this years ago. The guys were great.
