To eliminate sagging floors and provide permanent stabilization, we installed our SmartJack Support System in this customer's basement.

In the crawlspace, the foundation walls were surrounded by bare soil, lacking vital support. This unchecked soil carried the weight of the home, resulting in serious repercussions. The lateral pressure from the soil, along with water seepage, caused the exposed earth to collapse, posing a threat to the foundation's integrity. To address this, EverBrace was skillfully used to contain and stabilize the soil. Notably, this intervention not only resolved immediate issues but also came with a warranty to prevent future movement, mitigating potential problems. Additionally, the clay soil prevalent in the area worsened the situation, as its susceptibility to moisture-induced weakening compromised its ability to bear the weight of the structure above.

The walls experienced water damage and leaking. CleanSpace was used to address the wall issues in combination with WaterGuard and the TripleSafe Pump System.

This customers foundation was beginning to sag. In order to stabilize and support the structure permanently, we installed steel supplemental beams and SmartJack Support Posts to span the whole length of the building.
