So these dudes, Keystone, just totally aced this job. The stellar team was David, Jojo, and Johnny. They didn't get to finish it because of the timing of having a meeting in the morning (surprised management doesn't let them join from zoom while in the vehicle to their job site), but they practically finished it with maybe a couple hours to wrap it up. A second team is coming in to finish it.

Here were some facets of the job that impressed me:
- They worked well together.
- They were respectful to me as a the houseowner.
- They were professional with their delivery of what was going to happen.
- They communicated openly with me whenever something needed to be discussed.
- I asked additional questions and they entertained them willingly and walked me through the work.
- They tied in my outside gutter into my drainage pipe without any questions.
- They told me what to expect from the following crew and provided "next steps".

I provided water bottles and coffee if they wanted it. I recommend for everyone to use Keystone and to be just as appreciative of the hard work being done.
