Also incredibly friendly, informative, and were more than happy to answer any questions I had during the installation of the WaterGuard, TripleSafe sump pump, and dehumidifier. It was a big project and I was thoroughly impressed that they knocked it out in just two days. On top of that, they left my basement cleaner than it was before. I really appreciated that he didn’t come by to give me a sales pitch and pressure me into anything. He was just straight up about it. Basically said “hey, this is what your problem is, this is what we’d do to fix it. It’s your call.” He’s very knowledgeable and sat me down to go over the exact work to be done. I went the financing route, and he made everything simple and easy. Also gave me his phone number and responded almost immediately whenever I’d have questions leading up to the install.If you’re curious about having your basement waterproofed, it literally cost you nothing to have them come by and check it out and give you a quote. This has given me much peace of mind, and am really happy with the work!
