We used the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System to permanently stabilize this customer's foundation walls. The band at the bottom of the picture is a substandard waterproofing system membrane. Even though it is substandard, we still expertly integrated our wall repair around the system.

Faced with unstable walls and sagging floors, this Baden, PA homeowner reached out to us for help. Notice in the photo how deeply the instability affected their foundation. With careful application of our Push Pier system to correct foundation settling and EverBrace to stabilize and straighten the walls, we transformed their home’s basis from shaky to secure. As seen in the after photo, the solid foundation now supports their home just as securely as when it was first built. The CarbonArmor system permanently stabilizes your home’s foundation walls. CarbonArmor uses fiber-reinforced polymers (FRPs) which are 10-times stronger than steel, yet flexible enough to contour tightly against your basement wall. The ArmorLock brackets bind and secure the CarbonArmor straps to your floor joists making the CarbonArmor solution fast, non-invasive, and ideal for quickly stabilizing bowing and leaning walls.  In this picture a sill plate was rotted and larger anchors were needed to bite into good wood. This was done for free for the client as part of the transferable warranty.

A leaky basement wall caused high humidity and water damage to this customer's finished basement. Water was prevented from entering the basement in the future through the installation of an interior perimeter drainage system, a high-quality sump pump, CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls, and a dehumidification system.
