Facing a challenging situation in Rochester, PA, a homeowner discovered their garage wall cracking and bowing— a concerning hurdle, especially since they were planning to sell their house. The deck posts had rotted and needed replaced. Concrete sonotubes were used so that the base of the posts would no longer rot. Additionally, the concrete sonotubes where recessed deep in the ground to abate future movement from freeze / thaw.

To seal this customers leaky basement wall, we permanently installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System. This will prevent water from leaking through the basement wall and into the space but allowing the water to drain down the back side of the barrier and into the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. 

This back patio would take on water during heavy rains and impact the finished area inside the 3-season room.  TrenchDrain was placed in front of the area where water would come in to protect the area going forward.

Before our intervention, the homeowner in Freeport, PA, was contending with ineffective water drainage caused by damaged downspout buried rain conductors that were above ground and would freeze and malfunction, leading to basement water damage (as illustrated in the 'before' photo). The 'after' photo clearly exhibits our solution: the expert replacement of the problematic conduits and the installation of a TripleSafe Sump Pump.
