The home had clogged underground rain conductors that were clogged with tree roots and replaced.

The stone wall partially collapsed and was repaired with a new CMU wall.

The home had old terracotta buried downspout lines that were crushed from tree roots.  The owner had the line rooted out every year for 21-years before we came.  The last 10-years, even after rooting the existing terracotta line, it would fail and a large puddle world for in the front-left corner.  It would seep through and into the basement in that area.  The owner had the finished basement ruined 3 times.  All that was needed was to abandon the old lines for new, stronger ones.  

This basement needed a new Smart Jack, and Keystone Basement Systems was more than pleased to do the job!
