We installed our Foundation Push Pier System to permanently stabilize this customers settling foundation. The Push Pier system transfers the weight of the structure through the piers to load-bearing soil. Once transferred, a lift attempt is made to help elevate the settling foundation back to its original position. 

We examined the footer to see what pier bracket would best suit the situation.

The home had a wall that was bowing under their front porch. A crack monitor was installed to determine if the wall was actively moving. After 4-months of observation it was obvious the wall was moving and deteriorating. PowerBraces and BrightWall were installed and the wall was secured and received a transferable warranty.

Before tackling this crack and gap-riddled sidewalk in Reedsville, WV, walking through safely seemed impossible.
