Jesse had heard about Keystone Basement Systems on the radio and gave them a call because he had a huge water issue going on in his basement. Keystone knew that they had to be very proactive with this so they sent out one of their best field inspectors Chris Bailey to meet with the family and go over the issue at hand. Chris promptly showed up for his scheduled time and sat down with Jesse to go over the problem, making sure to ask every question he could think of as well as also answering all of Jesse's questions. Now that the field inspector had an understanding of the concerns that this family was having, he quickly yet very professionally got to work with his inspection. The inspection consisted of several tests as well as measurements and much much more. The plan needed to be a custom fit for this house due to the fact that no two water problems are the same, so in order to fix a moisture issue the plan has to be built just for that particular home. The plan was a surefire fix for this problem as it consisted of installing an internal drainage system that would have a clean-out on it, as well as some CleanSpace for the walls and new downspouts for the outside. The field inspector sat down once again with Jesse to go over the plan this time, and not just the problem. He very thoroughly explained the cause and effect that the water had had on the basement and what could be done to get it fixed, and Jesse was thrilled with what he came up with, so Chris returned to the office and scheduled this for installation.
Upon the day of installation, the foreman and his crew showed up right on time and quickly got to work. The foreman and his crew installed the new downspouts as well as the internal drainage system and the CleanSpace. Upon completion, the crew cleaned up as the foreman sat down with the homeowners to go over everything and to make sure they had the service department's phone number so that they could schedule the annual service of their new basement system. The homeowners were so happy with the entire process that they not only left Chris a great 5-star review but the foreman and his crew as well!
