Basement Waterproofing Case Studies: WaterGuard in Somerset
Stephen had called keystone Basement Systems due to the fact that he had water coming into his basement and knew this wasn't one of those do-it-yourself kinds of jobs. Keystone Basement Systems knew they had to schedule his appointment as soon as possible so they made sure to fit him in for the very next day. Field inspector, Nick Hensley promptly showed up and made sure to park in the driveway as instructed by Stephen. He then introduced himself and the two of them got right into talking about the problems that were occurring in this beautiful home. Nick knew after speaking with Stephen that he had to come up with a plan that would not only work but also be pleasing to the homeowner with its ease of use. The field inspector's plan was made up of using WaterGuard, a TripleSafe sump pump, along with a buried discharge line for the pump. The plan also included a Sedona dehumidifier to ensure the home would remain dry and mold-free. Upon completing the inspection and coming up with this fantastic plan he then once again sat down with Stephen to discuss this and go over any concerns and answer any questions that might have come up since their last conversation. The field inspector then returned to the office where he promptly scheduled this out for installation.
On the day of installation, the foreman and his crew went out and introduced themselves before getting to work. The foreman explained everything that was going to happen and even went over any further concerns they had about the process. The crew then installed the WaterGuard, the Buried discharge line, the TripleSafe sump pump as well as the Sedona dehumidifier. The foreman then went over everything not only by explaining it to Stephen but also by showing him the finished results. Stephen was very pleased with the entire process of the project. He said that he was very happy with Nick, the foreman, and his crew, and actually Keystone Basement Systems overall!!
