Toni and Vincent called Keystone Basement Systems because they needed help with their wet basement, and gotten a referral to them by a friend. Keystone sent out one of their best field inspectors to sit down and talk with them prior to performing his in-depth inspection of the problem area. After doing so the field inspector was very aware of how important it was to have this project done, so he promptly went to work doing his inspection. His inspection consisted of him using all the proper tools and taking very accurate measurements. The plan included installing a internal drain system with a singular service port, or better known as the cleanout.. The plan also included a buried discharge line and a downspout extension. Once he had the plan put together he once again sat down with Toni and Vincent to explain everything and let them know how immediate it was it that this be done, also making sure all of their questions were answered.
Keystone then sent out one of the foreman and his crew to install the interior french drain, with the service pot. They also installed the downspout extension and the new buried discharge line. They then took Toni and Vincent on a walkthrough of the basement explaining what they installed by not just re-telling them but by also showing them. They were both educated and at ease with this being done. They gave Keystone a 5 star review and several referrals.
