We initially contacted Keystone because we were seeing signs of our front porch sinking. Upon our first call they were super lovely and quick to have someone come out for a free inspection. We were super impressed to have Frank and Joe come out together. Frank and Joe were incredible, they took in all of my concerns did an extensive inspection of the exterior and interior of my home, and then explained everything they gathered in such great detail. They also made me aware of some structural/foundational things that i never noticed. I cant say enough good things about Frank, he spent alot of time with us really making sure we understood what was going on with our home, and what the solution would be. The first day of inspection he was here for a while sketching out a rough draft of what work would be done and answering any and all questions we had! I was pleased that Frank asked us to  take down our wood boards  we had up  in our basement to see if our walls were bowing in before he could come up with a plan for our project. It made us feel like we were in good hands and that we wouldnt be slammed with an up charge once work started and they notice the bowing or worse the wall caving in from too much pressure from lifting the porch.   After a long day of work already he came back over due to our schedule to  measure it and give us a better idea of what we were up against. No stone was left unturned, we sat for his presentation of our project where he showed us  videos of what was going on under our porch and how water was getting in our home. Followed by their products and how it will help mitigate the water away from our foundation. Being able to visually see what is happening made everything so much easier to understand. One of the things i really appreciated was zero smoke and mirrors, we sat and added everything down to the humidifier and with every detail we added it broke down the price  so we knew how much everything  would costs. We knew we had alot of work to be done and that can be extremely stressful on a young family, Frank wasted no time to make us feel confident and comfortable by coming up with 3 plans to see what would best suit us financially and what absolutely needed done for the structure/value of our home and the health of our family.  Franks thoroughness,authenticity,  and kindness made us feel confident to have Keystone start our project and do all of the work which included - Interior French drain in the basement with their Water-Guard System a Sump Pump, Vapor Wall Barriers(Clean Space), Carbon Armor straps to hold the walls in place, Helical Piers to bring the front of porch back to level, Poly Foam to fill the void and lift the back of our porch up, and a top of the line dehumidifier to keep our basement dry and live able! Frank went above and beyond for us, and showed that he wasnt just a sales person he was a hands on system design specialist.   He went as far as meeting up with my father in law for coffee to explain everything to him, and then came back that night to close the deal!  He is such an honest, knowledgable, kind person and we are so grateful for all of his time, dedication and thoroughness through this experience. Before the work started Frank came out to check and make sure we had everything out of the way for the crew, and to answer any last minute questions we had. He truly is a stand up guy and took such great care of us!  Before we knew it, it was project day! The guys got here early to get started, we had Jaun, Scotty, and Carlos working on the porch installing the helical piers. Then we had Rich, Jacob and John working in the garage and basement installing the water guard system, vapor barrier, and carbon armor straps. I was happy to have Frank come out as well first day of the project to lend a helping hand, you can tell he likes to support the crews whenever he can. We had a little hiccup (not the guys fault at all) which who doesnt when you have such a big project. The service water line under our porch  must have shifted or wasnt measured correctly from previous owners as well as our water company not marking the line like they were supposed to. Juan, Scotty, and Carlos worked swiftly and handled it beautifully without skipping a beat! Rich and his team wasted no time and worked so well together. Rich is an incredible leader, i noticed he had a new employee on his crew and the way him and even Jacob were teaching him and helping him was so refreshing to see. We were worried about the vibration of the jack hammer cracking our terracotta pipe and Rich worked slowly and diligently, and the pipe survived. We truly cant thank his crew enough for all the time and energy they put into our basement. Friday Tristen and Tyler came out to lift the back of our porch with poly foam and fix the minor cracks in our porch with Nexus. We were so grateful for all of the guys, talking and getting to know them all you can tell they love what they do and ensure quality work. The care they put into their craft and customers speaks volumes and means alot to us, i am incredibly impressed with this company and their staff! To wrap this up because i honestly could write a novel about them, we are extremely satisfied with the results and overall experience  with Keystone. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Eugene Minter was excellent help. Very thorough and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail and honesty. Very excited to work with him and the company in helping with the water damage. Highly recommend.

Cody is the nicest young man I have ever met. He is fixing my basement and even helped me take out my old flooring and stove while he was here. I’m very happy!

I am a true believer in the Aspen. I have suffered from allergies my entire life. Nothing ever really worked, until we put 2 Aspens in our home. Now my allergies are gone, I can breathe, and I take no medication! The Aspen truly improved my life!

Jeff is amazing, thank you!!! He spent 90 minutes with me during a FREE estimate and answered every question I had. He took the time to explain my basement water issues, showed me videos of similar situations, and helped me understand the best next steps, including a partial sump system in the problem area.   I appreciate his help for me to make an informed decision rather than rushing through the appointment. He's knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and thorough.   I was already impressed that the company sent a customized information folder before the appointment, and Jeff reinforced that positive impression. This company is the best!!! James was excellent at giving us all the details and extremely kind, and David & Elijah were incredible with all the work they did!!! They showed up early, cleaned up after themselves every day and worked so hard. My basement has NEVER looked better. Even in this freezing weather lately, that didn’t stop them! The person who camped out to meet with me was actually great. I usually hate people coming to my house. They always want to sell you things you don’t need. That was not the case. Jason was great. The workers were even better. I have to admit, I am impressed. Great company. Only the second review I have ever written. They earned it. This is how things should always go with repairs.
