I was looking for estimates for insulating a basement crawl space and found this company with its great reviews. Hope came to my house at the scheduled time and spent more time than I expected going over my options from low to high pricing and a “buffet” of options that would give me the best possible result within my price range. After many questions on my end, I decided to hire Keystone right then. I never felt pressured by Hope at all, rather I felt well-informed and educated on what I needed and what I could expect afterwards. She seemed quite knowledgeable about insulation and waterproofing and was more than patient when addressing my concerns. Great personality, pleasant attitude and she made me feel like a valued customer even before I became one. I’ll come back and review the work once it’s done.
