From starting at speaking Brian to finishing with the crew of guys, David Sr., David jr. Gavin, Austin, and Jacob installed everything, and they were a true pleasure to work with! Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the waterproofing process to me in a way that I could easily understand. He also provided me with a detailed estimate upfront, so there were no surprises when it came to the cost, which is hard to find nowadays! The work itself was completed quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to my daily routine. The team was respectful of my home and property and took great care to leave everything clean and tidy. But perhaps the best part of working with this company was their commitment to customer satisfaction. David Sr. followed up with me after the job was done to ensure that I was completely happy with the results and I am!
