The IceGuard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. Even if the pipe outlet is buried under a foot of ice and snow, the water can escape, allowing the sump pump to keep the homeowners basement dry!

Before tackling this New Brighton homeowner's dilemma, their basement was a worrisome sight, with water seeping through the walls, causing damage to both the wall itself and the carpet below. Fast forward to after our intervention, as you can see, the transformation is remarkable. By installing CleanSpace, we not only fixed the issue at hand but also provided a durable, long-term solution, ensuring the basement remains dry and inviting. 

This basement's high moisture content rusted the metal support beam. As a result of the corrosion, the beam was weakened and the floors above were not supported adequately. Our permanent solution to this problem was to remove the beam and replace it with our corrosion resistant SmartJack Support Post System.

To ensure a dry basement, the TrenchDrain Surface Drainage System was installed to capture water entering the basement door and drain it to the sump pump system.
