This customer's kitchen floors became uneven because of rotted floor joists. Our permanent stabilization and lift included 8ft of steel supplemental beam and 3 SmartJack Support posts.

To keep this basement dry all the time, we installed an interior perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump system for the ultimate protection against a wet basement.

Using the CarbonArmor System, we permanently strengthened and stabilized this customers tilting foundation walls. 

The old and clogged downspout buried leader lines were replaced with new SDR35 lines and a LawnScape Outlet.
