Before, this basement wall in Falls Church was an alarming sight, bowing outward and signaling serious instability. After careful assessment, we brought peace of mind back to the homeowner by installing GeoLock Wall Anchors and Channel Anchors, efficiently stabilizing the structure. As you can see in the after photo, the once-daunting issue is now securely corrected, showcasing our commitment to providing durable solutions and a remarkable customer experience. In this application we installed CleanSpace wall membrane to divert water into a below floor system. We then rough cast the walls to match the basement aesthetic.

The walls experienced water damage and leaking. CleanSpace was used to address the wall issues in combination with WaterGuard and the TripleSafe Pump System.

The home had a set of temporary jacks that required replacement to satisfy code.
