The home was in need of a waterproofing system and wall membrane.

The home had extensive wood rot that required replacement and the crawlspace required encapsulation. 

Using the PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System, the customer's bowing foundation wall has been permanently stabilized.  

The wall had a high degree of erosion and required a footer underpin.

By sealing the open vents and cracks, insulating the crawl space walls, installing CleanSpace Vapor Barrier throughout the floor, and installing a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, our crew encapsulated the crawl space.
