The home had a bowed foundation wall, but it was very subtle initially. The homeowner was vigilant and called Keystone to inspect the foundation damage. At the initial appointment it was not absolutely certain the wall was actively moving. Moreover, the wall was bowed inward .5" at the time so it was still somewhat small. That said, there is no amount of active inward movement is acceptable, so we needed to monitor the home with a crack monitors. After the home was inspected by Brian McWhirter a second time, the monitor showed unequivocally that the wall was moving inward so a medium duty CarbonArmor reinforcement plan was instituted. Austin Stone was the crew foreman who installed the reinforcement. This permanently secured the wall in place and received a 25-year transferable warranty to NEVER move again. The customer was extremely pleased and wrote a great review of the company and the people who worked on his project.
