Seeing the worry in those uneven spaces, we stepped in with confidence and care. With our SmartJack® System, we took decisive, purposeful action by installing galvanized steel columns to stabilize the crawl space beams and floor joists. In the after photo, you'll witness restored even floors that are both solid and dependable. We're proud to have restored not only these floors but also the homeowner’s peace of mind and pride in their cherished space.

The home had an existing waterproofing system, but the owner was going to finish the space.  With increased use and sensitivity comes a requirement for additional protection.  A Sedona High Performance Dehumidifier was added to reduce humidity and make the space ready for finishing.  Will Meszar installed the dehumidifier.

In this basement, SmartJack Support Posts were installed on durable, stable, and permanent bases to lift, level, and stabilize the floor.

Our crew removed the rusty support beams in the basement and replaced them with our SmartJack Support System.
