The walls were treated with CleanSpace waterproofing wall membrane and then covered with s decorative concrete veneer to match other parts of the homeowner’s basement. 

The client had a section of the first floor that was sagging.  A SmartJack with a footer was added and the floor was lifted back to its original elevation.  The homeowner was very pleased.   

This home had a section of the first floor platform that was sagging.  The original post was rotted at the bottom so a new galvanized SmartJack with footer was installed.  Within a few hours the post was installed and the floor platform was lifted and locked into place permanently.  The customer was very impressed and commented on the speed and cleanliness of the repairs in our review section.
