James and Chris were courteous and made an effort to understand what our needs were. James was candid and honest in his assessment of our project and the company’s ability to solve my problem (our driveway was cracked and settled with a brick lined path adjacent and drain in a settled area). I had requested a free estimate regarding an uneven sidewalk and cracked concrete driveway. I had no idea that there was actually a process for repairing these problems without getting a new walk and driveway. But someone told me Keystone does concrete "repairs." Frank provided me with all the information I needed to make the decision to follow through with the suggested work. This will involve concrete leveling with polyurethane foam beneath the concrete surface. BTW, Frank was kind enough to understand that I did not want/require an entire course in concrete repairs! Once I decided to move forward, the job was scheduled quickly. I'm looking forward to the results.
