Quality- Keystone did not stop at what was required to achieve the goals but also closely monitored progress, tested as they went, and adjusted progress to ensure highest quality. Schedule- Starting with Jim Youhon's initial visit, where he explained everything involved in the process, conditions that could affect the schedule, and how to sequence the work to have the least impact on our customers access, to the instillation crews flexibility to handle change orders, the work was completed ahead of schedule despite additional work. Cost Control- Keystone planned and arranged the work, added our change order, and controlled the process, in a way that minimized costs. Management- Every step of the project showed exceptional professionalism. Not only did the company owner, Aaron Stull, get personally involved with a unique site condition, he also brought in a supporting engineering expert to ensure the unique situation was handled for a lasting solution, not just a temporary fix.
