For me, Keystone Basement Systems is Chris Bailey. Chris was familiar with the problems we were having and helped us determine remediation for the flaking of the wall surface and mold in our basement . I had questions between the time that we contracted and the time of installation. Chris replied to my calls and texts, helped me arrange financing, and explained why support beams were corroding in the basement I appreciate his patience, and willingness to obtain answers to my questions, as much as having the work done. Rich and his men arrived right on time. Their construction work was performed in a professional manner, going right to work when they arrived. I could easily hear them talking amongst themselves and listening to music when they were not using jack hammers. They were kind of funny and not crude with their language or humor. Very good experience for this new customer.

Their work is neat and as Chris described. They performed a big job without problem, and cleaned up after themselves.

Cleaning must be done to remove dust made from breaking through a lot of concrete, but the crew removed everything they worked with.
