What You’ll Do as a Customer Care Representative
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the voice of Keystone Basement Systems and a critical connection between our customers and our team. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming calls and setting service and sales appointments

Following up with customers on questions, concerns, and ongoing projects
-
Providing tactical support to other departments
-
Maintaining accurate customer records and database information
-
Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction with our work

Delivering a remarkable customer experience at every touchpoint

We’re seeking someone who takes pride in helping others and understands the importance of great communication. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a customer service role

Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills

Comfort using computer programs and applications

Schedule Details
-
Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
-
Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
