Hi! I’m Alazae, and I’m a Customer Care Specialist here. Most days you’ll find me on the phone helping customers—answering their questions and getting them scheduled to meet with one of our inspectors. I love making the process smooth and stress-free.

Outside of work, I’m all about the girly things—doing my makeup, online shopping, and hunting for new nail inspo. And a fun fact about me: I’m a huge animal lover, and cats absolutely have my heart!
