What You'll Do:

• Install basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete leveling solutions
• Work as part of a skilled, supportive team delivering top-tier craftsmanship
• Help homeowners protect their biggest investment — their home

What We’re Looking For:

• Construction experience (waterproofing, concrete, or foundation repair preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, teamwork mentality, and physical ability to lift and work in tight spaces
• Leadership experience? Even better – we’re grooming future Crew Leaders!
