Sales Representative – In-Home Solutions
Full-Time | W-2 | Paid Training Starting May 1st | Warm Leads Provided
At Keystone Basement Systems, our Sales Representatives help homeowners solve serious basement, foundation, and structural issues. This is a consultative, in-home sales role supported by extensive training, pre-qualified appointments, and a proven process.
We invest heavily in preparing our sales team for success:
Structured onboarding and classroom training
In-depth product education (waterproofing, foundation repair, crawlspaces)
Hands-on training in our sales process and technology
Warm, company-provided leads (no cold calling)
Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and ride-alongs
Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
Evaluate basement, foundation, and crawlspace conditions
Recommend customized solutions based on customer needs
Educate homeowners and guide them through decisions
Manage your daily schedule
Start with onboarding and system setup
3 weeks of classroom and field training
Begin running appointments during training with continued support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable and motivated to learn
Comfortable working independently in the field
Sales experience is helpful, but not required
Established company with over 20 years of experience
