A homeowner from Gibsonia, PA called us regarding sagging floors in their home. The floor platform was uneven when they moved in 6-years ago and continued to get worse. Over time, there was a pronounced dip in the middle of the floor and the sagging floors were deemed unstable by a 3rd party engineer. Their engineer advocated that the floor platform be leveled and reinforced so that they would remain safe and level into the future. The engineer recommended a high level contractor be used and hence Keystone Basement Systems was called out to the home.
