Soggy Basement Solutions in New Brighton, PA

When homeowners in New Brighton, PA, discovered water leaking into their beautifully finished basement, causing significant wall and carpet damage, they knew they needed expert help – so they turned to us at Keystone Basement Systems. Understanding the urgency and the emotional toll such damage can take, we aimed to provide not just a fix but peace of mind. After an initial call, our responsive Customer Care team quickly scheduled a home inspection to identify the core issues. System Design Specialist, Jason A. from our Sales Team conducted a thorough inspection, where it was evident that the basement required comprehensive waterproofing solutions to prevent future damages. Taking the time to explain the situation, we recommended installing our reliable WaterGuard system, the TripleSafe Sump Pump for unbeaten drainage security, the IceGuard system to avoid winter backups, and the CleanSpace wall system for an additional moisture protection layer. Our production team, comprised of experienced foremen and skilled installers, then got to work. We prioritized efficiency and cleanliness, ensuring the family's daily life was minimally disrupted. Within the agreed timeframe, our team effectively installed the system, transforming an unsafe and damp basement back into a secure and dry space the family could enjoy once again. The outcome for the New Brighton homeowners was a safe, dry basement, restored to its original condition with the added bonus of superior protection against future water damage. Carbon fiber straps

This homeowner met with Keystone Basement Systems for the first time at the Pittsburgh home show. Keystone sent out one of their best field inspectors to meet with him at his house to talk and look at the problem area, this is done to ensure the plan that he comes up with is one that's going to work in all ways, making the house structurally sound again and pleasing the homeowner.  Upon completion of their conversation he jumped right to work doing all the right test and taking very accurate measurements. The inspection was complete, and he spoke to the homeowner again letting him know what the plan was, and what would happen if the project didn't take place, and answering all of his questions. The plan consisted of Rhino carbon fiber straps along with a 5 year inspection plan to ensure the straps were still working properly and hadn't moved. The plan also involved point cracking the cracks that were discovered at the time of the inspection.  This was done to not only fill the cracks so that water didn't get in but also to help with the look of the wall as the homeowner was going to one day finish the basement and he stated "he liked the concrete look, just not all cracked".
