A+ Results for Sidewalk Safety at West Allegheny High School in Imperial, PA

At West Allegheny High School in Imperial, PA, we recently faced a common but concerning issue—uneven concrete in the steps and sidewalk area. Gaps and cracks had formed over time, creating not only a blemish on the school's exterior but a potential hazard for the students and faculty who traverse it daily. The safety and well-being of the community were at stake. A stellar service begins with a structured approach, and that's how we proceeded. Our Customer Care Specialist promptly scheduled an inspection. Efforts then shifted to our System Design Specialist, whose detailed analysis revealed that the site needed immediate and effective remediation. Through collaboration and expertise, a plan utilizing our advanced PolyLevel and NexusPro products was crafted. Our team of experts arrived, embodying integrity and precision. Using the PolyLevel system, we drilled minuscule pea-sized holes into the slabs, steadily injecting polyurethane foam beneath them. As the foam expanded, the concrete was gently lifted to create a stable, even surface. Polished craftsmanship met conscientious technology to tackle uneven settlement and voids with remarkable efficiency. We didn’t stop there. Utilizing NexusPro joint sealant, we effectively sealed the joints and cracks, ensuring a lasting shield against water infiltration—a silent foe that can lead to issues when left unchecked. The once-trouble stricken sidewalk and steps are now restored to level normalcy, providing peace of mind with each footstep. Our dedication to efficiency, safety, and excellence resonated through this project, reinforcing our commitment to the community. The school can now take pride not just in its improved appearance, but in the safety and security guaranteed for years to come. This transformation hints at a simple truth—small, purposeful actions uplift not just individuals, but communities as well.

Internal French Drain

This homeowner was referred to Keystone Basement Systems by an already-existing, very valued customer.  Keystone sent out one of their best field inspectors to sit down with these homeowners and discuss the issues at hand. The field inspector made sure he went over everything with them, down to making sure to answer all of their questions and touching base on all of their concerns, this was done to not only get a better grasp on the problem but also to help put their minds at ease. The field inspector then jumped right into performing his very detailed inspection of the basement, to find a sure-fire fix for the water intrusion they were experiencing. The field inspector came up with a great plan that he was very confident in and proceeded to inform the homeowners of every step in this process.  The field inspector's plan was to include an internal french drainage system, with a service port. It was to include new downspouts and a buried discharge line. The homeowner was both thrilled and excited to get this project underway, so the field inspector quickly returned to the office to schedule this for installation. Upon the completion of installation, the homeowners were very pleased with the results and their dry basement.
