The homeowner contacted Keystone to evaluate a basement water issue as well as a bowing wall. Inspector Kelly Blackburn evaluated the home and determined that a waterproofing system was needed, but more importantly, the walls required structural repair. Moreover, there were other walls with cracks that were not as severe, but concerned the customer. Crack monitors were installed to evaluate these areas as they were not necessarily in need of repair. More information is needed to make a final determination.
