Wet Basement for 15-Years

After inspecting the clients home for water penetration, it was determined that the foundation drainage had failed long ago.  The client had owned the house for 15-years and it had leaked the whole time.  The owner tried multiple attempts to fix the issue.  he had the yard regraded, gutters and downspouts updated and even dug external drainage himself!  Finally, after the basement took on an inch of water, he decided to have the issue fixed by a professional.  He called Keystone Basement Systems.

This Hopwood, PA resident was tired of dealing with water in his basement every time it rained.    There were also large cracks in the foundation walls because they had begun to bow slightly.  Water would come in through the cracks in the walls, and the basement always seemed to be wet.  The resident wanted to get the problem solved so he could use his unfinished basement for storage.
