YOUR CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

LEVEL 1: CONSTRUCTION INSTALLER — LEARN THE TRADE

Starting Pay: $18/hour

Learn a skilled trade while working alongside an experienced construction crew. You'll receive paid, hands-on training in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and structural repair systems. We're looking for dependable individuals with basic knowledge of hand and power tools or a willingness to learn. Previous construction experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

LEVEL 2: CO-FOREMAN — DEVELOP YOUR LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Starting Pay: $19/hour + Installation Bonuses

Co-Foremen work alongside experienced Foremen and Project Managers while developing the skills needed to lead a crew. Responsibilities include coordinating daily work, organizing materials and equipment, monitoring quality, maintaining job-site safety, and helping keep projects on schedule. Candidates with relevant construction experience, strong installation skills, and leadership potential may be considered for this position upon hire.

LEVEL 3: FOREMAN — LEAD YOUR OWN CREW

Starting Pay: $21/hour + Installation Bonuses

Foremen lead residential basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and structural repair projects from start to finish. This hands-on leadership role includes managing crew productivity, overseeing installation quality and safety, maintaining equipment, and communicating with homeowners and Project Managers. Candidates with experience in foundation repair, structural repair, piering, excavation, heavy equipment operation, and construction crew leadership are encouraged to apply.

Experienced Foremen are encouraged to apply directly. You do not need to start at the Installer level if your qualifications and experience support a leadership position.

Installation bonuses provide additional earning opportunities based on the systems installed. Advancement and placement depend on qualifications, demonstrated performance, leadership ability, and business needs.
