What You’ll Do

• Lift and level sunken concrete using polyurethane foam injection.
• Drill, patch, and finish injection holes after repairs.
• Operate spray foam equipment and other concrete lifting tools safely and effectively.
• Prep and clean job sites before and after installs.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Support and train newer crew members as needed.

What It Takes

• 1+ years of experience in concrete lifting, spray foam insulation, or related concrete work.
• Physically fit: able to lift/carry 50+ lbs, kneel, and work outdoors daily.
• Solid understanding of construction safety practices.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
