Construction Co-Foreman - Training & Career Development

Keystone Basement Systems is looking for a motivated and energetic Co-Foreman in Training to join our growing team specializing in basement waterproofing and foundation repair.

This is a paid training and career-development opportunity for someone who wants to build a future in the skilled trades and construction leadership. You'll work alongside experienced Foremen and Project Managers while gaining hands-on experience in project supervision, construction techniques, quality control, safety, and customer service.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're committed to providing hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth to help you develop the skills needed to become a successful Foreman.

What You'll Do:

• Assist Foremen in supervising daily construction activities on basement waterproofing and foundation repair projects
• Learn and help enforce company safety procedures and OSHA standards
• Assist with project scheduling and keeping jobs on track
• Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Help ensure work is completed according to project specifications and company standards
• Assist with quality-control inspections throughout the installation process
• Learn construction estimating, job costing, and resource management
• Help monitor materials, tools, equipment, and job-site organization
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, crew members, Project Managers, and subcontractors
• Assist in identifying and resolving job-site issues
• Learn and utilize construction management software and technology
• Support experienced Foremen while developing the skills necessary to lead your own crew

What We're Looking For:

• Previous construction or skilled-trades experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in construction and leadership
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor as required
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to take on increasing responsibility
• Valid driver's license preferred

Experience That Can Help You Succeed

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Basement waterproofing
• Foundation repair
• Residential construction
• Construction supervision
• Blueprint or plan reading
• Construction estimating
• Project scheduling
• Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar software
• OSHA safety procedures
• Electrical testing or construction-related technical equipment
