What You’ll Do

• Install basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete leveling systems.
• Carry, load, and move heavy materials and equipment (50+ lbs) all day.
• Work in crawlspaces, basements, and outdoors in all conditions.
• Stay locked in with your crew to get jobs done quickly, safely, and up to our standards.
• Solve problems on the spot—no two jobs are the same.

What It Takes

• Endurance: On your feet all day, moving fast, working with your hands.
• Strength: Comfortable lifting/carrying heavy materials and tools.
• Drive: Motivated by performance-based pay and fast promotions.
• Coachability: Learn quickly, apply training, and step into leadership roles.
• Reliability: Your crew counts on you to show up every day, ready to work.
• Prior experience in construction or trades is a plus—but not required if you’ve got the work ethic.
