Professional and down to Earth
Recently this past summer with all of the rain we have experienced I started having issues with water in the basement. Nothing too bad but water here and there during hard rains. The salesperson that was sent was very professional and very thorough with his inspection. It was minor enough of a problem that they were able to nullify the situation from the inside without digging on the outside. They were finished in one day. I haven't seen any water since. These guys also finish basements which I plan on taking advantage of too.
