Indoor French drains
13 years ago we had Keystone Basement Systems install french drain’s inside our basement which included a sump pump. A few months ago there was trouble with the sump pump. Not knowing if the company still even existed I called the number on a Sunday evening and left a message. Monday morning I was contacted by Keystone Basement Systems. Tuesday two men came and removed the old sump pump and installed a new sump pump at no charge! I was so pleased with their service, the politeness of the men who removed the old pump and installed the new system, they also made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I so appreciate the company still being in business and honoring their warranty and the promptness in which they took care of my problem. I certainly highly recommend Keystone Basement Systems!
