I got exactly what I was looking for. Scott did the presentation and I understand what my system will do. I'm getting my problem taken care of quickly and as I was shown it will be a clean experience. I do have a suggestion for the presentation. I don't think you should tell me what the "other guy " will do unless you are also selling that system. I don't see that as a positive for your company. Scott is a good salesman and answered all my questions and got me a price I was comfortable with at this time as I don't know if I will have a job. Thanks Lois
