We initially purchased our sump pump and back up and had it installed Aug. 1, 2021. About 2 weeks later the discharge switch was sticking and making the motor run continuously. Had to unplug the system to make it stop running, and fear of motor burning up. Finally got hold of Renae, and she verbally told my husband how to make it stop - and although it fixed the problem that day - it happened again. Shouldn't happen at all, it was a new unit! Then on Sept. 1, torrential rainstorm, and it turns out the discharge line wasn't appropriate for the type of pipe we have, and the water was coming out at my home vs. at the street. Called, but did not speak with anyone & had to leave a message. Did not hear from anyone, so I called the next day. Spoke to Renae and she said emergencies come first and they'd call me when they had an opening. [About 2 weeks later, I rcvd. a call from someone asking me to write a review about their service - what?! I told them I would be happy to do so, when they came out to fix the problem.] I called your company 3 weeks after the initial call, and you arranged for someone to come out on October 1st. I am so grateful that Barry was the one sent to fix our problem. Not only was he on time, but actually early!! He was able to diagnose immediately what the issues were for both, and was able to do the repairs the same day. I felt he was very knowledgeable, worked quickly and cleaned up any mess that was made, and he relieved my fears that we were going to continue to have problems. Please acknowledge Barry in some way because he is DEFINITELY an asset to your company.
