Ameeka is great
I called Keystone because they were highly recommended and spoke initially with Ameeka. She made a great impression right away. She didn’t bombard me with questions but politely clarified my needs then arranged for a meeting with an advisor. It’s not always ‘what’ but also ‘how’ that matters. Ameeka’s style is inviting. She listens well and her tone is cheerful and calming. I also appreciated that she followed up prior to the visit to make sure I had no concerns and of all the companies we contacted, she was the only one who called to ask for feedback about the visit. She wasn’t calling about a decision but to get feedback about our experience. I was impressed and was happy to provide details about the visit. While we ultimately went with another company, I had to give Ameeka a shout out, she left a very positive impact.
