Keystone extended the existing sump pump system that I had to address the water I had in basement from another area. They also put in a dehumidifier/air purifier. The work was done quickly, by a crew of four who were efficient, professional, and focused on customer satisfaction. I was very happy with overall job.

From beginning to end, this company was extraordinary. Starting with my estimate, Brian was very friendly. He explained the process and answered all my questions. I was given an install date of like August 26th; however, I signed up for the flex program. I was called 3 days later and my project was completed 4 days from when I had the estimate. Chris and his team were very efficient. The project was completed that day. I have to say this company has shown great customer service and work ethic. I will be recommending them to others.
Barry was amazingly personable and knowledgeable. He helped fix the situation and explained everything that was happening very succinctly. Very nice and helpful!
We unfortunately had a sump pump [with battery back up] develop an electric problem and the motor was on the verge of catching fire. After a scary visit from the Bethel Park volunteer fire dept., they were able to get things under control and I then called Keystone to see about getting a replacement. Renee actually called me back, on a Saturday when she wasn't supposed to be in the office - that is true commitment. We originally contracted with Keystone in 2004 - and the job was well done by expert installers. Then another call to them to just 'check things out' in 2017 and install the battery back-up. Again, another great job! This time I will admit I was truly in panic mode, and placed a call on a Saturday and left a message. I received a call back from Renee, who was more than compassionate and helpful. She was able to arrange a crew to come out 2 days later to install a new system! Bruce and Austin arrived [called & said they'd be there by approx. 9:35 & arrived at 9:34!]- can't ask for any better than that! They were incredibly polite, patient in explaining everything, and REALLY neat workers. No mess whatsoever! I had to place a call after the install and spoke to Mike, and he too, went above & beyond to help my husband and I. The peace of mind we have with the installed new system is priceless, and knowing that we have such a fabulous company in our back pocket when [or IF] we need them is great. Jeff was very intuitive on the repair and what was needed to be done.
Barry Perhoch was the Service Technician and he was very knowledgeable. He checked the area where I had an issue with some water and resealed the area where the discharge line exited the house.
