Wall Anchors
Do you have cracked or damaged foundation walls? If so, wall anchors may be the right choice for your home. A wall anchor (sometimes referred to as earth anchors or soil anchors) can be added to a wall to provide supplemental reinforcement. When you have a bowing wall or cracked wall, this is usually the result of pressure from water and soil. Wall anchors reinforce the wall so that it becomes strong enough to handle the pressure it is under.
Heavy duty, galvanized wall anchors are embedded in stable, undisturbed soil outside your foundation wall. Each anchor is connected by a steel rod to a wall plate that provides clamping pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. Wall Anchors are recommended by home inspectors, FHA, HUD and professional engineers.
6 Classic Warning Signs to use Wall Anchors

- Inward bowing or bulging along the walls
- Wet, clay soils around the home coupled with damaged walls
- Walls leaning in at the top
- Diagonal cracking at corners of foundation walls
- Walls sliding inward on the bottom
